Peace and quiet

Enjoying a quiet position yet close to the town centre this lovely town house offers 3 bedrooms for up to 7 people. Very comfortably furnished and
tastefully decorated the house has a homely feel and provides spacious yet cosy holiday accommodation with long distance views from the
upstairs windows. Close to Appleby Station this is an ideal base for anyone wishing to use Public Transport

The space
The house is over 3 floors with the attic bedroom having 3 single beds, Bedroom 1 has a king size double and Bedroom 2 can be made up as a king size or 2 singles. There is a small courtyard to the rear with access to the public pathway.

Other things to note
Upon request we have installed an additional 95 litre chest freezer in the utility room to provide additional capacity to the fridge/freezer.
