This beautiful property has views over the surrounding countryside and lovely sea views with sunny gardens both to the front and rear.

Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed, en-suite Wet Room/WC.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (2’ 6") or by arrangement kingsize.
Bedroom 3: Double bed.
Bathroom: bath with shower over, WC.
Stairs to First floor. Open plan Kitchen/Dining/Sitting Room: oak flooring, fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops, gas hob, built in electric oven and microwave, fridge freezer, washer/dryer. Large dining table and bench seating. Sitting room has Freeview TV, DVD, and steps down to rear garden.
Outside: pretty lawned garden to front with lovely sea and country views and paved area with outside furniture. Paved terrace to rear with outside furniture, BBQ and fire pit.
Please note that the orchard area alongside the car park is not for guests use.
Parking: ample parking for 2 vehicles in the communal parking area.
Duvets, pillows and bed linen and towels provided.
Travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Approximately 2 miles from Slapton village, which has a community shop, two excellent pubs as well as Slapton Sands and Slapton Ley Nature Reserve. Blackpool Sands are a little further along the coast. Dartmouth, Salcombe and Kingsbridge are within an easy drive of the property and offer superb restaurants, shops and fabulous waterfronts. The bustling market town of Totnes is also within easy reach. Activities nearby include Woodlands Family Theme Park, horse riding at Dittiscombe Equestrian Centre, several golf clubs (some links), boat hire and water activities on the River Dart and local beaches, and the South West Coastal Path.
