We live in this renovated farm house and are happy to share it with guests! It is located 2.5 miles off Highway 36 on all-weather (rock) roads and just a 10 minute drive to Smith Center. The second floor has been set up as a dedicated guest space. The four bedrooms and one full bath will accommodate up to eight. We have a "pack and play" if needed for a baby. The kitchen is not part of the deal, but hopefully the complimentary hot breakfast will make up for that.

The space
You will share the entire 2nd floor with only those traveling with you. Depending on the number in your party, you will have up to four bedrooms which share the one bathroom (with a tub-shower) . My base price includes the first two guests. An additional charge of $20 per person per day is added for guests 3 thru 8. The main floor living room with TV is available for your exclusive use. The dining room is also available to you for playing games or cards, etc. Each morning we will serve coffee and a hot breakfast in the dining room.

Our farmstead is surrounded by beautiful Kansas farmlands and pastures. We are only 8 miles from the geographical center of the lower 48 states near Lebanon, Kansas. We are a ten-minute drive from the nearest town, Smith Center.
