This villa has a really relaxed atmosphere. It benefits from four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. It has just about everything you could would want from your own private villa . . . excellent sea views, good sized private swimming pool, pretty garden and air conditioning. Whilst this villa is spotlessly clean, some of the furniture might be considered a little quirky in its fashion. Having said that, a couple of the bathrooms have been recently modernized and are well presented. Overall, the villa is very comfortable and has plenty of space. It is in a quiet area, is private and does have plenty of good spots to relax in. Both the master bedroom and the twin room next to it have access to a fabulous terrace with fantastic sea views. In the well-kept private garden you will find a barbeque plus the recently modernized swimming pool (which is cleaned on a weekly basis in summer). Even the grape vines yield a good harvest - help yourself! So, if you are looking for a comfortable family holiday in a very competitively priced private villa, then you cannot go wrong with this house.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.

Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
