I just completed the interior renovation; please excuse the exterior for now as that is the next phase.

The space
The entire apartment is 100% usable to the guests. Please note, this is a third-floor walk-up with exterior steps used to access the apartment. Because of the exterior steps, this apartment is not recommended for guests with disabilities or young children.

There is free parking in front of the house as well as one parking pad space in the back of the house.

Other things to note
Don’t forget that the sofa in the living room converts into a queen size bed. The sofa in the bedroom converts into a full-size bed.
