The space
This premium guest suite is located at the back end of the home. You enter through a well lit side gate and walk through a lovely back yard. You will reach your own dedicated patio that is for your enjoyment during your stay. There is a lock box for check in at anytime. Come and go as you please with this private entrance. You have full access to your entire suite which includes:

Bedroom- queen bed, 40" TV with Roku & writing desk
Living Room- 32" TV, DVD player, Roku, Coffee/Tea Bar
Includes microwave, kettle, coffee maker and full size fridge.
Bathroom with tub/shower combo & toiletries

This suite is completely sectioned off from the main house, though still attached, so you don't have to share any of your own space...

Separate entrance, living room and dedicated outdoor patio area. Self check in via lock box. Pathway to entry is lit for easy access at night. This premium suite is attached to a main house and does have shares walls but has no common spaces, during your stay you will enjoy privacy.

Other things to note
Please note that there is no AC in unit. We do have fans in both rooms and an air cooler that uses water and freezer packs to cool the air.

This unit shares walls with the main house so expect some noise, but nothing above average. We have put up soundproofing that muffles any noise.

Also there are 2 steps up into your entry, not accessible for wheel chair.

The suite is only about 300 sq ft and best suited for 1-2 adults.

Landscaping service is every other Saturday and may include leaf blowing. However the yard space is small so it doesn't take long.

Neighbourhood highlights

This is a nice neighborhood. There is a creek pathway that makes for a nice stroll about 1 block south of the house. Safeway and Starbucks is less than a half mile away. We have plenty of eateries in walking distance and Down Town area is only 2.4 miles from here.
