Renovated design apartment on the top two floors of a charming 18th-century building in the historic parts of Lisbon.
Big south facing terrace overlooking River Tejo. Exclusively furnished with Scandinavian and European design.
Totally renovated 110 square meter penthouse apartment with magnificent terrace. Located in a quiet residential street in a genuine area. Close to communications and walking distance to Chiado, Principe Real, Bairro Alto and the port.
Open plan living and dining room furnished with Scandinavian and Italian design. The comfortable living room features a high-end music system with airplay and built-in projector and screen.
Master bedroom with luxurious brand new Hästens 180 cm double bed, perfect after a long day walking the hills of Lisbon. The bedroom also has a lovely balcony facing north east with nice sunshine during the mornings.
The fully equipped kitchen has brand new appliances from Siemens and Bosch. Quality utensils from Alessi and Robert Welch combined with dinner ware from Portuguese Spal Porcelanas.
Cold purified water from the Grohe Blue tap cancels the need to buy and carry bottled water. And since we love coffee the kitchen has an advanced Nespresso machine and a traditional Moccamaster coffee machine.
Big bedroom with a Carpe Diem 160 cm bed and a work space with iconic furniture from The Corbusier and Eames. Ensuite bathroom with Grohe shower. Small quality music system with airplay and bluetooth.
On the second floor there are three doors accessing the large 24 m2 south facing terrace. The view from up here is breath taking and the terrace bathes in sun throughout the day.
If you are traveling more than four people the sofa in the living room can easily be converted into a comfortable bed (80 cm) for one. An additional extra bed is available and can be placed ether in one of the bedrooms, or in the living room.

Our lovely neighbour Cristina does most of the welcoming. She will tell you everything about the apartment and the neighbourhood and is also available if you have any sort of problems during your stay at our apartment.
Other things to note
There are two good supermarkets both around 200-300 meters away.
We have a great bakery just down the street from the apartment with fresh bread and traditional sweets. One of Lisbons best traditional take-away restaurants "Chef" is just outside on Rua Lapa.
High quality restaurants "Clube de Jornalistas" and "XL" just minutes walking. One of the most renown Fado restaurant is just a block away.
We just wish that you will treat our apartment as your own home and take great care of it.
We do not have any deposit and hope you will be careful around the furniture and equipment. If small things like glass or cutlery breaks it's just an everyday incident and no problem, but if there are bigger damages we hope you understand that we need to look at the costs together.
No smoking inside the apartment.
I am a designer mostly living in Stockholm, but also at times in an apartment in Lisbon that I decorated and designed myself. I love traveling and it might sound like a cliché, but it's something special about taking in a new place and getting to know new people – no matter if they are locals, expats or tourists.
Maybe you reached my profile because your are thinking of renting my apartment in Lisbon (you should, it's great!) or maybe it is because I want to rent your place. Ether way I want to spare you the "wall of text" and just add that you are free to ask me just about anything. I will try to answer you as soon as possible.
