Thank you Joann for your review, let me just point out that I live in Italy, we use the international metric system and we do have some environment laws to follow:
1) the minumum allowed temperature by law during summer time is 26°C with 2°C tollerance, so the lowest internal temperature should be 24°C. During your stay the maximum registered temperature was 22,5°C. We have external thermal insulation instead of AC that, by the way, it was not allowed by law to turn on with such low temperature. No one, after some years of hosting, had problem with it as you can read in all my reviews;
2) we do have laws to follow when we build apartment, the ratio windows/surface is one of them and we do respect them, but we are planning to open bigger windows if we get the authorization to;
3) about your private feedback "it was not clear that it was the third floor": I wrote in the very first line that the apartment is on the second floor. We count as follow: ground floor, first floor, second floor.
For your next trip to Italy, I recommend that you kindly separate the garbage as I explained to you. It is a law and moral duty.
