Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Newly converted old stone barn sitting in the beautiful garden of a family home. Situated in a peaceful Somerset hamlet, close to the county town of Taunton. It is next door to a Domesday church, and the local pub is a five minute walk away. The property is about 1 mile from the Pontispool equine sports centre and 5 miles from Bishops Lydeard Station on the West Somerset Railway. Oake Manor golf club is about 1 mile away and Junction 26 of the M5 is roughly 3 miles.

The space
The Linhay has an open plan living and kitchen area with a sofa and small kitchen table. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge (with ice box) and microwave. Complimentary tea and coffee.
There is a mezzanine sleeping area with a double bed. The shower room ceiling is low, so it may not suit very tall people.
There is a separate outside seating area.
Off-street parking on private driveway.
Stabling is available for an additional charge.
Use of tennis court by prior arrangement.
