Set back off a country lane, one climbs steps through the front garden approaching the large and renovated cottage. On the lower terrace; is Brighton Beach over hung with a flowering cherry, inc. seating overlooking the valley. On the upper terrace one finds; pond, water lillies, the sound of running water and a table with seats. Here one is close to the greehouse, fuel stock, sauna and massage room. Lovers and Lily's lawns, orchard, gym and woods entice you further in this idyllic sanctuary.

The space
The above description is the external but within is a delight of quirky and stunning spaces. 2 double bedrooms and a sofabed in the office/library. The shared sitting/dining room is open and delights in the views acroos the valley-for when inclement. The Queen of Sheba bathroom proffers 'time out' with Sonos available there and all rooms for your listening delights.
This exceptionally healing and restful space offers rest, relaxation and healing to those visiting. It has several unique selling points and is up to speed in today's current climate. We ask you to adhere to our principles set out within our name/mission statement :) ; V(vegan). E(eco/environmental). R(regenerative). T(teaching/training). If folk are transitioning to trying to live and learn within the aforementioned 'ways of being' then a little leeway is available.
Numerous activities and experiences are on offer with pre-booking such as yoga (both Hatha and Kundalini), make your own eco take away toiletries, massage, emotional well being courses, drumming, vegan cooking classes, dance, kayaking, art, visits to Eden and Heligan (by e-minibus).
We hope you can car share and/or use the least carbon emitting transport and that you can use our local e-provsions or bikes.
If we do not offer something you may wish to partake in whilst here with us in the Wild West then we are happy to consider sourcing it for you.

We are in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty close to the world reknowned Eden Project and its sister centre The Lost Gardens of Heligan. I often call V.E.R.T (Heavenagain!!). St Austell Bay and it's surrounding beaches offer joy and healing for both families and adventurers alike; being on the South West Walking Path. Over the hill from us in easy and pretty walking distance is the Polgooth Inn that last year (2019) won the National Award for Pub of the Year and its runner up; The Ship is 2 miles away in chocolate box Pentewan! The Roseland Peninsula gives way to more seaside delights and one is roughly an hour away from Landsend. We are 15 miles from Newquay; again world renowned for its surfing beaches. Thus the North wilder, windier coast is easily accessed too!
Please note internal pictures are not all rooms as I was having trouble with the camera to computer! Also they are the very much lived in effect as I was asked for them by a booking guest and I wished to be 'quick'!

During your stay
For the winter I or another VERT resident will be available below is for the warmer seasons....
I need to be close as the rescue pigs on the top meadow have not gone to their forever home yet. Also the fish need feeding and the garden tended-the timing can be arranged between ourselves.
I can stay in the house if space, or an outhouse. I was to stay next door but too covid cautious now. again we can discuss this.
