Entering Maison Peltrera is like flying to Como. It is in fact a splendid apartment with a garden, which overlooks the lake and the roofs of the city.
A staircase leads to the long lake, the funicular and the ferry. The view extends over the lake, to the Duomo, the Tempio Voltiano and Villa Olmo. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool at sunset. It's true: the staircase can be tiring, but it's worth it!
A small SPA is available, cost not included in airbnb fee, to be paid upon arrival if you use it

The space
The house consists of a very bright living room with a view of the lake and the Duomo, three large double bedrooms, two bathrooms (with bidet and shower), a fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle), a panoramic terrace where you can eat admiring the Volta Temple and Villa Olmo, the garden where a small swimming pool (4m x 2 m) awaits you and the relaxation area from May to September in the green.
The apartment is accessible only through a panoramic staircase: 100
steps from the street where you can park for free (300 steps from the lake front).
From March 2024 a small SPA of approximately 15 m2 is available in the cellars. Inside you will find a hydromassage tub for two people, a double sauna, a UVA solarium with sunbed, a shower. As well as sink and toilet. You can decide whether or not to rent the SPA after the inspection at your arrival. The additional cost is 25 euros per person per day for all guests present in the booking. the amount is not included in this Airbnb quote and must be paid at the time of arrival
