Welcome to my home! I live in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the popular 12th South district. See below for more details and I hope you choose my home for your Nashville experience.

The space
You are renting a private bedroom and private bath. The bedroom has a queen size bed that can accommodate two people. The room is equipped with cable TV, wireless internet, a mini refrigerator, a seating area, and a private deck and entrance. No smoking and no pets or will incur $250 fee. For 30 day or longer stays, we will conduct a room inspection (accompanied by guests) every 15 days and would like guests to bring their own bed linens, but we will provide the other essentials listed.

Guest access
The private entrance is in the back of the house. You can access the back entrance and gravel parking pad from the alley road behind the house. There is a stone pathway from the parking pad to the private deck and entrance (no sidewalk from the front of the house to the back).

I am generally available all day. Feel free to contact me at anytime. I will usually respond within a few hours.

Other things to note
NOTE: No smoking and no pets, otherwise will incur a $250 fee.

For 30 day or longer stays, we will conduct a room inspection every 15 days.

Also, for 30 days or longer stays we would like guests to bring their own bed linens, but we will provide the other essentials listed.

The house manual has pictures and details about the entrance and instructions for getting the key.

12th South is one of the most popular and trendy areas in Nashville. It's about a 5 minute walk to the 12th Ave. strip which provides various eateries and boutiques. On the weekends and evening, the strip is very lively as visitors enjoy popular places like Frothy Monkey, Jeni's Ice Cream, and Edley's Bar-B-Que. There is also a public park about a 0.4 mi nearby that has an exercise room (for a nominal fee) and a free indoor track.

I am Mrs. Scruggs and I am retired. I am the proud mother of 4 beautiful children and 3 grandchildren. I enjoy serving other senior citizens in the community which includes singing with the Choreleers (we sing in local nursing homes). I am usually up early in the kitchen which is on the other side of the wall from your hall. I usually go to bed around 10pm. My daughter, Angela, lives next door and helps me manage my Airbnb.
