We don't live in this home - it is strictly a furnished rental that we love to keep warm and inviting for visitors of this fun city. We live close by and available for questions and help with the home. We also provide an area guide with tips for restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment, and activities.

The neighbourhood

A ten minute walk takes you to vibrant South Congress Avenue (aka SoCo) — filled with fantastic restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and music venues. Big Stacy Park equipped with 3 acres of walking trails and a heated, spring-fed swimming pool is just a 5 minute walk. You'll also find a playground and wading pool at little Stacy Park - enough fun to entertain even the the tiniest travelers for hours.

The entertaining Second, Warehouse, Rainey, and Sixth street districts downtown are just a 5 minute cab ride. Also near are Barton Springs, Zilker Park, the hike and bike trail along Lady Bird Lake (Town Lake), Auditorium Shores, the Convention Center, the bats at the South Congress bridge, Whole Foods Market, the Long Performing Arts Center, the Capitol and much more.

House Rules
Check in is anytime after 3PM

1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. CST AND CHECK-OUT IS 11 A.M. CST.

2. This is a NON SMOKING property.

3. A damage/reservation deposit of $200 is required. Airbnb holds this deposit and refunds it to you if no damages are reported upon check out.
Please follow the check out instructions in our welcome book (inside the property).

4. NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS
The maximum number of guests allowed is five (5). Parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed. If agreed upon in writing, owners may consider a special occasion (such as a holiday dinner) allowing more than 5 guests for a set time and date.

6. MINIMUM AGE
The Renter must be 25 years of age to book this Vacation Rental.

7. PETS
We do allow well behaved, pre-approved dogs with a $50 pet fee for stays up to 1 week and $25/week thereafter. The fee must be added after booking. Please inquire for more details.

8. NO MAID SERVICE
While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house. A washer/dryer is provided in the unit for your convenience.

9. PARKING
Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Designated parking areas include the carport, driveway and on street parking directly in front of the house. Please do not park in front of neighbors' houses.

10. WEATHER REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation.

11. LIABILITY
This property is privately owned; the owners of the property (“Owners") are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the rental premises or its facilities. The Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, you agree to release Owners (and all of their partners, employees, officers, agents, representatives), and agree to indemnify them against, and hold them harmless from and against, any and all injuries, liability, claims, demands, causes of action, costs (including attorneys' fees), to or by you, or to any other person you bring onto the rental premises or to any third person, that arise from, with respect to, are in any way related to or in connection with, directly or indirectly, your presence, rental, occupation or use of the property premises; whether or not caused, in whole or in part, due to the sole, joint or concurrent negligence or gross negligence of the owners.

Dani's place was just we were looking for during our trip to Austin. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and less than a mile to South Congress which includes many bars, restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to rent to any visiting the city.

Our stay at Dani's was everything I was hoping for. I wanted to show my Houstonian friends a super chill, unique Austin pad right near SoCo and that's exactly what we got. The place was immaculate and super inviting the moment we walked in. There was every kitchen amenity we could possibly need which was nice as we were too tired go out and elected to cook a nice dinner instead. Communication with Dani was easy from the beginning, she was very responsive. I really appreciated the guest guideline book she left with all the pertinent information we needed for our stay. Would definitely book again!
