Welcome to our altitude club apartment series here at Victoria One - the newest addition to Melbourne CBD's high rise residential tower collection. Situated on level 69, this apartment has been meticulously designed and built to service every need of inner CBD living. Generous sized living room filled with natural light and incredible views.

The kitchen is state of the art with Caesarstone island bench-top, plenty of pantry space for those homely recipes, and stainless steel appliances including full oven, gas cooktop and dishwasher. The bedrooms are filled with natural light and spectacular views across Melbourne, an enclosed balcony offers the best seating for a cup of morning coffee while watching the city wake up to a brand new day along with colourful hot air balloons floating into the distance. You can access the balcony from the master bedroom.

This location is nearby to many main attractions such as the Queen Victoria Market, Flagstaff Gardens, Melbourne Central, the QV complex, RMIT University, the University of Melbourne, the State Library and Bourke Street Mall, as well as a myriad of bars, restaurants and cafes.

Iron and ironing board, Washing machine and dryer. 55" Smart LED TV with Netflix and NBN.

Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the apartment

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, all communal building facilities as well as secure parking on-site.

Other things to note
Our accommodation rates are based on twin share, please let us know if you require more beds. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. Children over the age of 12 months will be charged an additional guest fee. If you have babies please advise their ages also.

Pet Friendly- A $40 pet fee applies.
Please advise if you would like to bring your other best friend. Dogs are welcome upon application and must fit the following criteria: 1 small dog only under 25kg, no cat's allowed sorry. Dogs on the dangerous breed list are not allowed. Your pet must have the proper vaccinations and registrations. Please note there is no grassed area as it is a balcony. There are plenty of open spaces nearby as the Flagstaff Gardens is a doggy central. Please ensure they are never in the bedrooms or up on furniture at any time.

You are required to bring your own pets bedding; a water and food bowl. Guests should agree to keep their pets under control at all times, so that they don't disturb other neighbours. Guests are responsible for 100% of costs related to pet clean-up. That includes paying for landscaping/gardening and for any time spent cleaning up pet waste in the yard so that our cleaners can do the rest of their job safely. Any pet hair found in the apartment will incur an immediate $150 deducted from your bond.

Please do not to leave pets unsupervised for an unreasonable period of time both inside and outside the home as they do become distressed and disturb other residents.

Supplies
We provide you with a starter pack of essential house hold items such as toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to purchase all necessities for the continuation of your stay.
