Within five minutes there is a rec park in Cadyville. At the rec park you can ride the mountain bike trails, disc golf or explore the more than 10 miles of wooded trails. There are two beaches: one in Cadyvlle on the Saranac river and one at Macomb State Park. There is convenience stores and a Dollar General for supplies and gas. Fast food and fine dining can be found in Plattsburgh which is a 10-15 minute drive. Hiking mountains and Skiing can be accessed within 30-45 min.
