In the first unit: Floors are solid wood which our guests like. But have settled with the building over time so they not perfectly even and slope in the bedrooms and a few other areas.

The unit was originally 2 apartments that have been connected by a common door, creating one combined unit.

Both units are on the 3rd floor (2 flights of stairs) and connected by a common private hallway.

**All air conditioners are installed by June 1st and removed in October.

***PETS*** if you have a pet an additional charge of $30 to $50/night depending on the breed of your pet. We will also need information concerning your pet before approving the booking.

Full guest-list off ALL guests is MANDATORY at least 3 weeks before booking date. Any unlisted guests we are not informed of before the deadline described above are NOT considered official guests; and airbnb extenuating circumstances cancellation policy is NOT applicable to guests that are not on the list.

For one day bookings, extra fee/deposit may apply.

"Our free on-site parking cannot accommodate Sprinters, passenger vans or long trucks. Sprinters, passenger vans and long trucks will need to find parking at their own expense. We recommend using the public parking lot next door.

Air conditioners are installed as of June 1st.

1. Let us know what kind of item was left behind right away. We will coordinate with our designated cleaning crew if the item is found after check-out and keep it secure and safe.


2. Our team will let our past guests know when they can pick it up between 11 AM to 3 PM. If not possible, we can arrange to ship it to the guest.


3. Full shipping cost must be paid beforehand plus a $60 CAD administrative fee.
