I am a retired college professor living in Pittsford who is happy to host folks in the lovely village area. I taught acupuncture, herbal medicine and nutrition for over 20 years and now have a private practice and focus my time developing online public education courses. Teaching people how to cultivate healthy habits, create healthy meals and use simple home remedies to alleviate minor problems before they become major issues is my life's work. I am passionate about sharing this message! I've love traveling and experiencing new cultures. I've studied in, and traveled extensively throughout, China and ran programs for 20 years taking students to study herbal medicine and acupuncture in the hospitals. People, learning, nature and creating balance in life are what's most important to me. It is truly amazing what is possible with a mindset shift and a bit of knowledge! I hope I'll have a chance to host you at my home sometime......
