A delightful sparkling clean lower level two bed flat available close to coastline. The flat is a few minutes walk from Cullercoats Bay and is centrally positioned between historic Tynemouth and the restored seafront of Whitley Bay, with it's iconic Spanish City.

Cullercoats bay provides a good selection of cafes and restaurants that appeal to a wide range of tastes/budgets. Likewise, the neighbouring towns of Tynemouth and Whitley Bay a short walk away have further attractions.
