The space
Beachfront tropical reserve and some ocean views. Spacious, clean, relaxing with lots of lay about furniture, outdoor undercover patio with ceiling fans that also captures the sea breezes. Loads of glass windows with some floor to to ceiling & glass sliding doors, optimising views.
There is a basic gym equipped with rowing machine, climber, mini trampoline, spin bike, yoga mat, light weights, stretch bands etc.

The property is tranquil, refreshing and beachy. There is a brand new magnesium pool for your enjoyment too!

This beachside accomodation is 45 mins drive from heart of Townsville, However only 30 mins from North Shore shopping for Coles etc. Only 15 mins from Paluma National Park and gorgeous swimming springs. 15 mins from frosty mango for a fruity ice cream made on site , or a capachino. Situated just 5 mins from the Bruce Hwy.
NOTE: Phone reception is sometimes poor, however now has NBN for good internet reception.
ALSO; There is no TV
but plenty of 'real' relaxing to do.

Quiet neighbourhood. Private yet friendly, laid back, proud of their gardens and community minded. Golf and fishing community, beach walkers, cheapest op shop ever! AND an abundance of wild life that regularly visit for that photo opportunity. Golf Club serves meals some evenings and welcomes visitors.
