Experience the heart of Albuquerque and historic Old Town in this two-bedroom home located in a quiet, residential area that runs parallel to Old Rt. 66. The home is an authentic two-bedroom adobe home located a block away from Old Town. Leave your car and walk to the plaza.

This cozy casa is also walking distance to museums, restaurants, outdoor coffee and tea shops and blocks away from downtown, breweries, wineries, and the Rio Grande Valley State Park.

The space
The home’s décor is southwestern meets mid-century modern. This house is perfect for small families and groups of two to four, as the home has two queen sized beds. One bedroom boasts a softer, queen-sized pillowtop mattress, while the other bedroom has a firmer mattress. [There is no cleaning fee added to this listing]

While we do not allow smoking in our casa, you may smoke in the front or back in any of these outdoor areas or just sit and enjoy the cool New Mexico mornings and evenings.

There are lots of activities happening in both Old Town and the Downtown area. This home is near biking/hiking trails along the Rio Grande as well as the Bosque and Tingley Beach. The home is a five-minute walk from Spin scooters and Zagster bikes. The newly restored El Vado motel is just a five minute walk. There you can hear live music, shop at local artisan shops, try the taps at Ponderosa Brewing, and eat at up-and-coming restaurant pods.
