Private outdoor stairs lead to a private 1,000 square foot loft apartment, in a Timber Frame Home, over looking a beautiful view of the Maitland River.
Enjoy golfing, hiking trails/biking, fishing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, shopping, theatre, museum, Saturday farmers market, beaches, restaurants, local breweries and wineries. Many local festivals and events throughout the summer months. Two beautiful beach areas, only 5 minutes away.
5 golf courses within five to twenty minutes. Local YMCA.

Comfortable, relaxing and quiet, property nestled along the Maitland River, in a natural setting.
One large bed room with queen bed and one queen bed in living area, air conditioned, TV and Wifi. Ample Parking.

Farmers Market each Saturday morning on the Square. Enjoy BIA concert series in Court House Park, Tiger Dunlop tomb (founding father of the Port of Goderich Ont), downtown cultural events and music festivals such as Arts and Craft Festival, Children's Festival, Celtic Festival, Kinsmen Summer Festival and famous West Coast Blues Festival.
