Do you want some of the best views of Queenstown?. This luxury home is perfectly situated to take in the entire beautiful scenery. With underfloor heating and gas fireplace/hot water throughout it is perfect for Winter getaways. Quiet and secluded.

The space
This property comprises two identical units side by side that comfortably sleeps 12–16 people with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It is situated at the top of Queenstown, in a unique position that gives you an amazing 180 degrees view of the lakes and mountains. Originally designed as luxury accommodation for the owner, they are yours to use and enjoy.

The property can sleep up to 16 people. We have two bedrooms that can be configured as 2 singles OR a double (King). Other bed sizes are both King (Master and Bed 3)

Note that for 16 people staying in the property, 4 very comfy rollaway beds will need to be used.

With underfloor heating and gas fireplace/hot water throughout it is perfect for Winter getaways.

Wonderful and massive views of the lake and mountains. Quiet and secluded in a residential neighbourhood. Warm and friendly with loads of kitchen tools for great meals at home.

We are about 5 mins drive from the centre of town. Walking is about 15 mins down the hill and 30 mins back up. Cabs are about $10-15 one way.

This property is on a cul-de-sac road so traffic volume is very low making it private and quiet.

Please note there is no internal access between the two units. The front doors are next to each other.
