Our Out-House which was constructed more than 100 years ago has a bed room with an en-suite bath and a veranda. This house was added to our 300 year old ancestral house later to accommodate guests. The house has been restored and renovated keeping intact its character and is furnished with antique furniture. The only modern amenities you could find would be the Air conditioner and bathroom fixtures.

The space

Set among shady palm trees the house is in a 12 Acre property with the sea on one end. The beach is on a walking distance from the house. This Heritage home offers the discerning traveler a paradise retreat away from the hustle and bustle of everyday India. Here you can experience first hand the simple joys of life in the tranquil setting of an India home stay. The property has four houses of which one house is an over 300 year old ancestral house of the Arakal family, one of the most prominent Roman Catholic families of the region. I live in the same property with my family.

From the moment you set foot on this land, you are our honored guests. And, for as long as you stay with us, you are part of our family. You can enjoy your holidays in this idyllic land with coconut palms and multitude of other trees listening to the birds that make these trees their abode,
Welcome to our corner of paradise, our family heritage, our family home for generations. Welcome to this Heritage!

Your stay with us
Our aim is to make your stay at the Heritage as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
