Splendide appartement grand confort de 90m2 traversant. La climatisation présente est peu utile car il y a souvent un léger vent frais. Ce logement est très lumineux, il est proche de la pinède (50m), des plages (100m) et des commerces (50m), orienté nord, pas de vis-à-vis : vue sur le nouveau palais des congrès d’Antibes - Juan les pins qui dispose d’une galerie marchande et d’un supermarché. Arrêt de bus et station de taxi devant la porte de l’immeuble.

Descriptif: 3ème étage, 3 pièces, 1 belle entrée avec placard, 1 grand salon lumineux avec TV (apple tv compatible), 2 chambres avec TV et grands placards, 1 Salle de Bain avec baignoire et douche avec mitigeur, 1 WC indépendant, 1 terrasse de 15m2, 1 balcon de cuisine de 3m2 avec vide ordures. Surface totale avec terrasse et balcon : 90m2 environ, 1 parking sous terrain privatif.
Cuisine avec coin repas pour 4 personnes, Internet avec Wifi, possibilité d'imprimer.


Totalité de l'appartement à l'exception de 2 petits placards (pour nos effets personnel). Il y a 2 grands placards et 2 commodes pour les voyageurs. Le parking privatif est aussi à votre disposition. Ce confort est rare sur la Côte d'Azur.

La pinède, le tout nouveau palais des congrès, les bars, les boutiques, le supermarché, les discothèques et les plages (celle des Pirates notamment). Tout peut se faire à pied!

Bus, Train, Taxi, Aéroport Nice Côte d'Azur à 25 minutes.

Nous pouvons être flexible pour l'heure d'arrivée, par contre une fois celle ci fixée, il est impératif de la respecter: il est possible que cela soit la gérante d'une société de gardiennage qui vous accueille. Dans ce cas 10 euros par heure de retard pourrons vous être facturés en supplément en raison des problèmes d'organisation que cela peut créer.

Essayer d'amener le moins de sable possible dans l'appartement, et de lancer l'aspirateur robot après chaque retour de plage. Pour l'entretien du robot, il suffit de correctement vider le bac, bien le refermer avec son filtre (ne surtout pas oublier le filtre!) et de le recharger si il n'a pas trouvé son chemin tout seul. Ces quelques minutes de précautions vous éviterons des heures de nettoyage pendant votre séjour. Et vous n'aurez pas de sable sous vos pieds!

Michel's Apartment and our stay there was great. He answered all our questions very fast and well before the arrival. Emilie, the apartment manager welcomed us very good and was also available during the stay for any questions. The apartment has a really good location and is very clean and comfortable. The balcony is the best. We will definitely stay here again.

Michel the owner and his home manager, Emilie were great to work with. Very quick with responding to questions before my stay and while there. The home was updated and perfect, with an amazing location as well! My favorite part of the home were the 2 balconies. This home was only a few minutes away from the sea, stores, bistros, and other restaurants. About 7-10 min walk to the train station, so it made travel to other cities in France and Italy very easy. When I return, I hope to be able to get the same location. You will love your visit there!

This place was perfect for us. Spacious and conveniently located. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved being able to walk to the beach restaurants and the train station. I would highly recommend this place.

Michels appartment in overall is worth the money. We stayed there for two weeks and had a good time. The main road is quite busy and the traffic can be loud but its part of the flair from Antibes. Especially when the bar next to the flat has their live music evening on the weekend. There were some small incidents but Michel handled everything quick and well for us. A pity we could not meet him in person as everything is handled by a property agency for him. Antibes is a very nice place and you can't go wrong spending your holidays there. With the train station you can discover the whole area.

The apartment perfectly fitted to our family - nice, spacious, close to the beach and to park as well. We appreciated parking place, even though it is more suitable for smaller cars than ours ;o) There is also necessary to mention that equipment of the apartment is on very high level.

Olivier 's and I really enjoy our stay in Michel's apartment . We used to lived in Juan Les Pins a couple of years ago and everything felt the same:-) You have all the facilities in the appartement ( Washing machine, marble floor, dishwasher, TV, AC...) everything is high quality! The garage underground was a must for us ..it is almost impossible to find parking in high peak season in this area so the garage is a plus factor! You will get extremely comfortable in this place .. The balconies are huge and you will really enjoy the location in the middle of all the exciting life of Juan Les Pins. I loved running around the Cap D'Antibes early morning and get my workout done without taking my car
