This house offers a quiet and spacious feel for a 2 bedroom property with easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants/pubs. The house offers all home comforts and i have had a great relationship with all the neighbours in the last four years of owning the property. Nearby are coastal villages like St. Agnes, Chapel Porth and Portreath offer both beautiful scenery and some of the best mining heritage history in Cornwall (And Pasties!).

The space
The house has 2 Double rooms with the master room being very large with walk in wardrobe. There is ample parking for up to 3 vehicles if necessary. The communal garden at the end of the drive offers stunning sunset views and a chance to have BBQ's.

The neighbourhood is brilliant and we have a communal gathering each year. I am probably the noisiest on the block out of everyone other than that its all very quiet.
