This is a small minimalistic, stylish and compact one bedroom cottage, we think Tiddles is well planned out to make the use of the space. Petite but finished to the highest standard.

Arrive at Tiddles with your slippers waiting for you to start your relaxing break so please don't wear your shoes inside the cottage as the floors won't look pretty anymore:-)
Tiddles Cottage was designed for Guests so it is equipped with the amenities Guests need but without any personal clutter.
The cottage features weathered larch effect designer flooring throughout except for the dove grey stair carpet.
Set over two floors the bijou lounge is furnished with an Eames inspired table and two chairs, a comfortable linen chesterfield sofa, an unusual coffee table and a Smart TV. Lighting can be dimmed. A teeny window seat in the sitting room.
Complimentary flowers and welcome drink/nibbles.
Leading from the lounge up three narrow steps takes you to the separate mini kitchen, which has all you need for simple cooking. Good quality appliances include a two ring glass induction hob, electric oven/grill and fridge. Quality kettle & toaster. A Belfast counter top sink and open plan shelves for crockery.
The narrow steep cottage staircase leads from the lounge to the light and airy double bedroom with sea glimpses. The no clutter, simple but stylish bedroom is a relaxing space with a double bed flanked by a pair of transparent clear diamond (shaped like egg timers) Kartell bedside tables. An Eames inspired rocker chair for relaxing with an Icelandic sheepskin throw for extra comfort. Super vintage inspired steel scissor reading lights over the bed angle to suit your needs. There are plenty of plug sockets. Hairdryer and iron/ironing board are supplied. The bed will be made up for your arrival with quality linen. Plenty of throws around the cottage for your relaxation. Towels are provided (not beach towels). There is a scandinavian designer oak hanging rail for clothes, a dressing table/desk with an angled lamp and large mirror. There are storage boxes for shoes, sweaters etc. Iron, full size ironing board and hairdryer.
Across the landing up a further four steep steps is the bathroom , tiled with shiny black gloss metro tiles and includes a bath with electric shower over, WC and hand basin. Heated towel rail and extraction system.

There is electric digital eco heating in the cottage. No gas. Double glazing.
A teeny washing line at the rear of the cottage with just enough space to hang your wetsuit! there is no actual outside space with Tiddles Cottage.
We value each and every Guest and take pride in doing a thorough job of personally cleaning Tiddles Cottage and ensuring it is comfortable for our Guests.

WI FI ready with a Smart TV.
Key wall safe for arrivals after 3.00 p.m. please. The key code will be sent to Guests. If we are ready earlier we will text you.
All we ask is that you respect our property and leave it clean and tidy like when you arrived as we do not want to charge our Guests a cleaning fee.
We pride ourselves on our housekeeping duties so we are sorry no early check ins or late departures please unless we agree in advance.
Check out is 10.00 a.m. please.

Interaction with guests
We both live and work close by if our Guests need anything otherwise they come and go as they please.
Keys are collected from the wall safe by the Guests. The safe is located on the left hand side of the front door, the code will be sent to you prior to your check in.
Please use the wall safe during your stay to avoid losing keys.
A welcome drink and nibbles will await your arrival.
All we ask is that Guests treat our property with respect and take care of Tiddles Cottage.
Other things to note
Tiddles is an OLD cottage, no straight walls! lots of levels with small narrow stairs, this is the charm.
This property was a newly renovated property in 2015.
Sleep 2 only
No parking available with TIddles but you can pull up outside and unload. Local car parks are close by.
Barnoon long stay car park is the best from Tiddles and we will send directions before you arrive.
Tiddles Cottage is cared for by the two Owners who co-host (Mother & Son -Lesley & Matt ) and we care about this property. We both live in walking distance to the property if you need us.
Please leave Tiddles Cottage as clean and tidy as when you arrived as we don't want to have to charge for cleaning.
We kindly ask you to leave your shoes at the entrance, we provide slippers for your relaxation.
This is an absolutely non smoking, NO pets property.
No candles or incense to be burnt in the cottage please.
We warmly ask you to leave Tiddles as clean and tidy as possible.
Any damages will be charged for.
Sorry the cottage is unsuitable for children of any age.
The stairs are narrow and steep, typical cottage stairs.

One night bookings are sometimes accepted but there is an extra housekeeper fee of £20.00 added to one night rate, please contact us for availability.
