This is more than just a room. Zone 1, 6 minutes walk to Angel tube. A contemporary studio space with separate fully equipped kitchen (yours exclusively), zoned living/sleep/dining areas. Best feature is south facing private balcony/alfresco dining. Close to Business Design Centre. * Please note this studio is on 2nd floor, entrance & SHARED bathroom on 1st floor. There are steep stairs and no lift *

Perfectly situation next to Business Design Centre, and London Hilton Hotel. The whole studio space is accessed by you only, with a key locked door. There is a frequently cleaned (see picture) bathroom which is shared by a maximum 2 other guests. The bathroom is on 1st floor and the studio on 2nd up a short flight of stairs. There are approx 12 stair steps only between the 1st and 2nd floors - so everything is very easy & accessible.

No other visitors are permitted to enter our property at all. Sorry. If this is not suitable for your requirements, we respectfully ask you not to book this room.


Angel is a wonderful mix of antique shops, designer & high street stores, cafés & restaurants, delis & food stores. 3 massive supermarkets are just a 3 minute walk away.

The apartment is fantastically situated being in zone 1 & only a 6 minute stroll to underground. 24/7 buses, bikes to hire and everything in walkable distance makes it very easy to get around.

We offer a discount for single occupancy. But we do charge for a 2nd additional guest.

This duplex apartment is arranged over first and second floors. There is no lift, so there are some stairs to climb. The entrance and SHARED bathroom is on first floor and the studio living/sleeping space on second floor.


Please note the bed is a small double. It’s ideal for a couple who like to sleep close or 1 adult. It’s is not a spacious bed being 4ft wide.

Although we will do all we can to fix issues relating to wifi and tv, we cannot be held liable for issues outside of our control as the ultimate responsibility lies with our broadband / tv supplier.

We are not able to store bags after the 11am check out time. Very sorry about this.

We do accept long term bookings, but weekly cleaning is mandatory with any booking 7 days and over. We charge £25for this. Please do not book long term stays if you are not in agreement with this.
