This is a SMALL private room in quiet neighborhood for solo traveler looking for an affordable, clean, and safe place. The house is located in Joffre area. Location is what it is. Nothing I can do. So, please G00gle the time to your destinations before reservation. It is within 15-20 minutes all attractions. Share clean bathroom with other guests. Guests are NOT allowed to enter the rest of the house. You enter via entrance on the side of the house. Self-entry using keypad.

What this is NOT: If you have entitled expectations, such as expecting Four Seasons service, amenities, etc, please do NOT book. I don't want to deal with the entitlement.

What this is: Affordable, Quiet, Small Private Room with clean shared bath. No-fuss. No tricks. What you see in the listing photos is what you get. Good for the solo traveler.

Please insert my neighborhood 'Joffre 38111' into G00gle so you can see my location and see the distance to your destinations. My location is what it is. There is nothing I can do about it. If you think is too 'far' from where you want to visit, do NOT book.

Roku TV in the room. Log into your favorite streaming subscription app. *The TV doesn't have local TV stations*.

If you smoke ANYTHING, please do it OUTSIDE.

Shared bath has Shampoo and Body Wash are all for guests use. Please keep it tidy. The SHARED bathroom is cleaned once a day in the morning either by me or a housekeeper that I hire. If the SHARED bathroom appears USED, that is because other guests have used it before you arrived. If you don't like SHARED bathroom, please do NOT reserve.

Please be mindful of volume between the hours of 10 pm-7 am CST. There is always a potential of 'noise' or 'hear' other guests because I run other rooms. If you don't want to 'hear' the noise (e.g., footsteps, alarm, talking, etc) of other guests, please spend $$$$ and book an ENTIRE place. If you aren't going to spend $$$$ and rather spend $, then please do NOT complain about 'noise' from other guests. If this describes you, please do NOT reserve.

Please open and close the entrances doors softly and lock doors if you are leaving the property.

The sheets, pillow, and duvet covers may be different from the picture because I change them every time. The entire room is cleaned with alcohol wipes, vacuumed after every guest.

Coffee machine, fork, knife, spoon, napkins, tissues, and space heater are all placed in the room for guests to use.

Simple & Clean! The central A/C is always on in the house set to around 22-23c the entire day during the summer. AC never turns off. Heat is around 20c-24c during the winter. The heat never turns off during the winter!. Let me know if you want it cooler or hotter. There is also a heater in the room for winter needs. Please inform me if you need the room cooler or hotter.

Unforgettable beauty: snorkeling in Maldives.
Longest travel ever: SF -> Seattle -> Dubai -> Hong Kong -> Taiwan -> SF.
Craziest drive ever (in my Mini Cooper): Unplanned trip to Yellowstone from SF, drove from 330pm with no sleep through the night and arrived at West Gate of Yellowstone at 12pm the next day.
Longest train ride: VIA rail Vancouver to Toronto
Swam with green sea turtle in Maui.
