Using the wisdom of traditional construction techniques of wood and bamboo by the owner himself with concept of Balinese traditional ‘jukung’ - traditional boat in old time. The house decor with some pieces of handmade furniture, such as the carved-wood headboards and lime-finished freestanding wooden baths in the villas, blend seamlessly with antiques picked from local village.

Surrounded by picturesque mountainous, tropical garden, and nearby friendly local village houses, Tamban Jukung has 4 wooden bungalows and each room can fit up to 2 guests respectively. Here at Tamban Jukung, your mind and spirit, bringing you closer to the authentic nature, away from hustle bustle crowd of city lifestyle. You will experience a very different of destination that Nusa Penida well known with.

The Tamban Jukung is also perfect as a quiet and relaxing base from which to explore further afield. Our staff will look after your every need and you won’t have to lift a finger. While you can easily travel to Kelingking & Broken beach (about 20 minutes away).

In addition, the swimming pool is just next to you open from 8:00am to 8:00pm Its about 140cm depth. Get a cool swimming under the sky whether you prefer to chill with a good book by the pool, work on your summer tan or relax all your senses by having a simple massage, everything you need for a blissful island getaway.
