Larx Nest is a lovely private annexe in Lyme Regis, with it’s own private entrance, private outside space and off road parking, situated in a quiet residential area. A pleasant 15 minute riverside walk to the beach and town, with its many shops, pubs and restaurants, it takes a bit longer to walk back as the last bit is uphill! There is a public footpath adjacent and the South West Coast Path is a 10 minute walk away.

The space
Larx Nest is a newly converted self contained annexe, separate from our house, with it’s own entrance, and self check-in with key safe. There is ample parking on the drive and patio doors to a private, sunny outside space.

The accommodation consists of a main studio with double bed, 2 poang chairs, smart TV, small unit with kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery, cutlery and glasses. There is also a small fridge.

Whilst there are no cooking facilities, you are most welcome to bring back a takeaway!

There is also a hairdryer, free WiFi, USB socket, full length mirror and hooks/hangers for clothes. The en-suite shower room has towels provided.

Outside is a peaceful private paved area exclusively for you, with a table and 2 chairs.

During your stay
We live in the bungalow, but like to give our guests privacy. Larx Nest is a completely private space, however, we are on hand if you need anything.

Hello, I have been lucky enough to live in Lyme Regis for over 20 years, having lived previously only 6 miles down the road. I worked in a bank for over 30 years, but now manage a sweet shop, quite a change! I am married to Howard, and in our spare time we enjoy travelling, both in the UK and abroad, and discovering new places.
