This comfortable and renovated apartment is located along the "Rio dei Carmini" Canal. From this position you will enjoy the panorama of the magical authentic Venice atmosphere! Amazing full view - like a postcard.

The space
It is located in Sestiere Dorsoduro, famous for the presence of the Cà Foscari University and IUAV, the University of Architecture and Design. This Sestiere is attended by young people and it is close to the city centre and the touristic sites.

This apartment is duplex and large, located on a typical venetian building with lift and a little garden around; modern design in a classical atmosphere!
