Cosy two story A-Frame cabin set among Ponderosa trees in a quiet residential street. Only 5 minutes drive to Sunriver Village, 16 min. Mt Bachelor and Cascade Lakes. The living room has a comfy sectional, a single reclyning armchair and TV. My cabin has a well appointed kitchen, laundry room with W/D, a Bathroom/Shower downstairs. A 2 bedrooms upstairs. Each room has a queen size bed. There is a powder room/toilet upstairs in the hallway.

NO SMOKING/NO PARTIES /MAX 4 people including children

The space
The cabin is spacious and will accommodate 4 people comfortably. Cozy living room with wood fire stove (WINTER ONLY) A Mitsubishi ductless HEATING/cooling system downstairs. (it's not an air-conditioning unit but a cooling system) this will keep a pleasant temperature during the summer months. Air will rise up to bedroom and opening windows at night will bring in the High desert cool air. There are electric Baseboard heat in upstairs bedrooms. As I mentioned, no air conditioning upstairs. TV , NETFLIX with BENDbroadband , Fast internet.
No window covering except in master bedroom. Full Kitchen well stocked,
Two comfortable bedrooms upstairs with queen size beds, comforter, cotton sheets. A Toilet powderoom upstairs.

There is a back room downstairs, I call it sunroom and it is facing the backyard. This room would be a place to hang out in the summer month only as there is no heat there. It can be used as ski/snowboard storage in the winter.
Cabin sits in a residential neighborhood. Neighbors' home are visible but far apart. None of the cabin windows nor neighbors' windows are facing each other. It's a safe neighborhood with great full time neighbors.

4 people MAXIMUM including children. No additional people. NO PETS. No PARTY

The A-Frame is in a quiet neighborhood. Gas station, Restaurants, coffee shops, library, post office are located on Springriver road in the Business Park near the gas station. Sunriver village is located just 5 minutes drive from the cabin where you ll find The Village Market and the famous Sunriver Brewery.

Hi, My name is Chris. I first visited Bend in 2010 and guess what..! it was love at first sight! I was immediate charmed by the town and enchanted by the inspiring nature. Spending much time in Central Oregon allows me for a full immersion amongst the beauties of The Cascades. For many years, I have been fortunate to live and travel in many places around the world, i must say that Bend gives me a feeling of being home. I enjoy being active; so it is definitely easy to be involved in many sportive and outdoors activities around here. Among other things, I absolutely love snow skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, backpacking, riding my bike and floating the river and lakes. Beside the outdoors I appreciate reading novels, enjoy Cinema and music, and enjoy savoring tasty food.
