This is an exceptional architecturally designed holiday home in the heart of Sandwich town. The front doors open up to a large open-plan living space. Downstairs there is also a high spec kitchen and conservatory dining area as well as a terrace within a pretty walled garden. Also on the ground floor you will find a twin room with ensuite shower. Upstairs are the three double bedrooms. The master has an ensuite and two can be converted into twin rooms on request. There is also a family bathroom.

The space
The entrance hall has an impressive glazed Crittall-style lobby with double doors to the large open-plan living space where a central J C Bordelet fireplace with suspended chimney takes pride of place.

The modern industrial theme is enhanced with the black metal steel roof trusses and cast iron radiators and the wonderful limestone staircase with industrial cast-iron handrails which ascends to the first floor.

The state of the art Hacker kitchen has volcanic stone veneer cabinets Silestone worktops and Siemens and Delonghi appliances and a wine fridge.
