This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.

A very spacious 3 bedroom apartment close to the sea, which you can even see from the apartment. The perfect place for your holidays in Netanya! My apartment is a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to Netanyas main square (the kikar) where there are many wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. Also near is a big synagogue and a grocery shop, while large supermarkets are within walking distance. Across the street from the apartment there is a bus stop connecting to Central places.

The space
The apartment has a huge beautiful and spacious air-conditionend living room with large sitting and dining areas all. There is a ‘balcony room’, separated from the main living room by a glass sliding door. This can be used as an extra bedroom in summer or as a balcony when opening up the
shutters to enjoy the sunset over the sea. The apartment has a large equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms all with their own airconditioning (one with a double bed, two with single beds that can be turned into double beds), a bathroom with bath and
separate shower, and two separate toilets. There is also a small pantry alongside
the kitchen, a storage space alongside one of the bedrooms and a separate
laundry room (with one of the toilets) alongside the bathroom. The apartment is on the 5th floor with an elevator. The building has a small lobby and comes with a private parking space below the building
