The space
You will enjoy the entire spacious villa and have access to private pools just steps away. We provide beach towels and all essentials to make your trip relaxing and comfortable. Villa has a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Spacious living area with large smart TV to access Netflix, Amazon, etc. There are 3 large, comfortable bedrooms and 3 full newly renovated bathrooms. All bedrooms have a tv . Laundry room on premises. Entire Villa is air-conditioned for your comfort. However we encourage you to enjoy the amazing breeze when all windows are left open.
Guest access
You will have exclusive use of Villa and have access to all of Villa Las Brisas' amenities ( kids playground, pool, trails, tennis, etc) as well as Wyndham hotel restaurants, clubs, casino, hotel concierge services and other activities.
Please notice some of the common amenities onsite and at hotel are currently restricted due to Covid .
Other things to note
We will provide freshly laundered bed linens and towels ( 1 bath towel and 1 beach/pool towel per guest) We also provide various disposable essentials to get you started comfortably on your vacation.
We strongly recommend you bring a car so you can enjoy the many wonderful spots in the area you don’t want to miss .

- We love our neighbors . Please keep noise level down after 10 PM
and only park on two assigned parking spots or on guests parking stops.

-Subletting, parties or events are not allowed.
