A stunning stable conversion that overlooks fields and gardens and The Sussex Stones . This beautiful self-catering cottage is a comfortable and relaxing retreat - equipped with everything you need to help you enjoy an escape to the country.

Our charming Shepherds Hut @ Graingers sleeps two people and can also be used by groups needing to extend their party - please see our separate listing.

The space
Chichester Cottage is a stunning stable block conversion that sits within the landscaped grounds of Graingers Farm - overlooking fields and gardens and The Sussex Stones.

The cottage is open-plan, with underfloor heating and offers a lofty and light, oak-beamed living space alongside a well-equipped kitchen. There are two comfortable double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and a large mezzanine floor, with twin beds and bathroom with sink and toilet (height restrictions) - ideal for children.

Outside there is a tranquil garden and orchard for dining al fresco or a lovely place to sit and relax. Chichester Cottage offers an idyllic setting for a perfect escape to the country - with the scenic beauty of the South Downs as its backdrop

Guest access
Guests have use of the cottage and orchard garden. There is a dining table with chairs and seating areas - along with bbq.

The private home and rest of the grounds are not permitted.
