Nice stone house, comfortable and quiet in the heart of Saint Germain Des Vaux (just 900 meters from the sea), a small village typical of North Cotentin, between Cap de la Hague and Port Racine.
Conveniently located to visit Pointe du Cotentin by the coastal path and indulge in long walks along a preserved coastline.

We lived in Paris and decided to leave for Aveyron in 2018. We wanted our house in Saint Germain des Vaux to "live", which is why we are renting it out.
