Wonderful 19th century home in the heart of historic East Nashville with excellent local restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries only minutes away. Includes 2 private bedrooms and 1 shared bath. Our home includes second floor private bedrooms (two) with attached full bath in the historic Lockeland Springs neighborhood. Both of our second floor bedrooms include comfortable queen-size beds. We only utilize both bedrooms for people who are traveling together in groups of 3 or 4. In other words, you will not be staying across the hall from someone you don't know. And you and your traveling companions will have the whole 2nd floor to yourselves!
We are located in the heart of trendy East Nashville in a walkable neighborhood filled with restaurants, bars, coffee houses, and bakeries...all within three blocks of our home. For those interested in staying in shape while in Nashville, we are minutes from Shelby Park. If you’re into cycling, we provide bicycles (with locks) so that you can explore all that Nashville has to offer.
Accommodations include spacious 2nd floor with two bedrooms and one en-suite full bath. Our guests will have access to free super-fast wifi, computer, mini-fridge, Keurig coffee maker, electric fans in both bedrooms, hair dryer, and a lovely outside fenced garden patio and grill. And once you've completed your day touring Music City, USA, you can take advantage of your own private den with comfortable seating and cable television with HBO.
We look forward to welcoming our guests and helping them with anything they need while visiting our great city. We certainly respect their privacy and we will be here if they need us but we realize they are here to enjoy their time in Music City! We are in bed early and we do ask for their consideration if you come in late.
We love the diversity of East Nashville and the eclectic restaurants, art galleries, and shopping that make this a destination for people from around the city, the country, and the world! You never know what famous person you may run in to while dining at one of our neighborhood's restaurants!
Yes, we are on a major bus route and we are less than 2 miles (or 6 minutes) from downtown, 10 minutes from the airport, and 15 minutes from Vanderbilt. You can bike or take Uber, Lyft, or cab just about anywhere you go and it won't take you long to get there.
We have two very friendly dogs who are rescues and are 13 1/2 years old now. They love people and if you are a dog lover, you will love them! They are also rarely bark and they sleep downstairs at night so your sleep will be peaceful!
