Great location

Guests who stayed here in the past year loved the location.
Unique experience to stay in converted double decker bus near Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove which has been lovingly transformed from a school bus to provide comfortable accommodation for 4 adults and 2 children
The bus is situated at the top of an old drove offering wonderful views over the open countryside. Located close to Durdle Door, Lulworth cove, the world famous Tank Museum and Monkey World
Going west is Weymouth and Abbotsbury, east is Corfe Castle and Swanage, inland to quaint villages

The space
A free standing fan is provided to help keep you cool.
New for 2026 is Bess my pony.
Bess is 13.3 h.h. black with a white blaze who loves to be fed hay from the hand and stroked.
As our glamping field is in an elevated position and on chalk, it has not been affected by the heavy rain and floods. Our field is ready for guests.
Our double decker bus has been converted to self catering accommodation.
On the top deck there is a sitting area with views over the field and countryside beyond, bedroom with kingsize bed, children's bedroom with two bunk beds and shower room with hot and cold water.
Downstairs there is open plan with a kitchen, dining and sitting area with wood burning stove and flat screen TV. The kitchen area has a 4 ring hob, Ninja 1 in 10 countertop oven/airfryer, sink with hot and cold water, kettle, toaster and fridge. Drinking water tap is outside by bus.
Ground floor bedroom, with kingsize bed, has 2 accesses through kitchen/lounge or outside steps through rear door.
The drivers area is still original, great fun to sit in and pretend!!
Our Alpacas, Cliff, Bob and Elvis, love to be hand fed with their special alpaca feed. During your stay, if you would like to feed them please let Annabel or myself know to arrange a time. My grandsons, Rudy and Bodhi, are selling bags of alpaca feed.

Other things to note
I have decided not to increase prices this year, instead charging for logs.
This keeps the price down for guests not using many or any logs.
The logs are different for the woodburning stove, barbeque and seperate firepit.
The charge is £7.00 per type of log per bag/bucket. These can be ordered in advance or during your stay (cash payment only)

A folder is provided for guests with many suggestions of places to eat and things to do. I can also offer use of our freezer for ice blocks and have cool bags for guests to borrow.
PLEASE BE AWARE THERE IS NO WIFI CONNECTION TO THE SHEPHERD'S HUT.
Dogs are welcome and there is a charge per dog per night.

My family and I have been living at Wynards Farm for 38 years, having moved east 2 1/2 miles from Owermoigne. I never tire of the wonderful location and feel very fortunate to enjoy my home so much. Ray, my husband, and I decided to take things easier and our daughter, Annabel, and her family now live in the farmhouse and I am in a smaller property at Wynards Farm. Sadly, Ray has passed away, but I am still here running my small glamping site.
