It is exquisitely designed to be the quintessential modern vacation home, with its large open floor plan and expansive windows, engulfing you in the Costa Rican sunlight!
We are within 5 minutes to world class beaches, golfing, sport fishing, snorkeling, sailing and horseback riding. And, don’t forget Zip lining, another popular excursion Costa Rica is known for.
The space
Escape to the seaside jungles of Costa Rica at this stylish villa perched atop the hillside of Brasilito Bay. Gaze out over Flamingo and the shimmering Pacific from the comfort of this gated property. Work on your vacation tan from a poolside sun lounger or catch up on some reading beneath the awning. When you’re ready to head down to the ocean, you’ll find 4 pristine beaches within a 10-minute drive.
Invite the fresh sea breeze and natural sunlight to fill Casa Del Mar’s elegant interior by retracting the lengthy terrace doors. A simple color palette, with splashes of marble and wood, allows guests to focus their attention on Costa Rica’s lush surroundings. The open layout of the main room is sure to inspire late-nights with friends and loved ones. And, the farmhouse-style is sure to inspire your culinary side.
Gather the group for a home-cooked dinner at the formal setting. After, set the kids up with a movie on Smart TV and move the party outside to the terrace.
