Welcome to my HOME in North York/GTA. Steps from public transportation, close to Downsview Park, Yorkdale Shopping Centre, York University, Earl Bales Park, shops, restaurants and a 5 minute walk to Starbucks. Tesla charger (subject to availability). Great for couples -- NOT for hookups. No loud music. We are chill but this 'aint a party pad. Great place if you are here for school, work, to visit friends & family or touring Toronto.

The space
You will have exclusive use of the basement apartment which includes a kitchen with full-size stainless steel fridge and stove, kettle, toaster an a microwave oven. The kitchen has an eat-in area, a modern European style shower-room washroom and the bedroom.

The unit is cosy and well equipped with forced-air heating and cooling (sorry no temperature controls are available) but if its too cold or hot, please let us know and we will try our best to adjust for you.

You will also have your own clothes washer and dryer, High Speed Internet (wired and WiFI), Rogers Ignite Cable TV with voice remote and a small side yard that you are free to use as well as one parking spot (as long as your car does not leak oil!).

I provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel or soap, dish soap, hand soap and laundry detergent, but to keep cost down I don’t do welcome fruit baskets (and thankfully no fruit flies).

Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of the basement apartment (Kitchen, washroom and bedroom) as well as the north side yard and one parking space. Please park in the north most location against the wood fence.

Other things to note
This is not a party-pad or cheap motel room, so please don't book unless you are chill, normal and cool.

Don't get me wrong - I love to have a good time and I don't want to be a bum rush but I've had some experiences that I would prefer not repeat such as:

THE SWIPER: I had a guy book who was visiting from the USA who JUST MET a local gal on one of the dating sites and wanted to use this place for their incessant lovemaking

AND

FIDDY CENT: I recently had a couple who blasted music, had loud and agressive sex until 3AM and were partying like there was no tomorrow.

So, if you're here for work, school, to visit friends or family or to tour Toronto-- great!

BUT.... If you are booking to have a hangout pad to drink, smoke, blast tunes and get rip roaring high -- THIS AINT YOUR KINDA PLACE.

Neighbourhood highlights

Bathurst Manor is a lovely neighborhood in North York Ontario close to Downsview, Yorkdale, Downsview Park, and many other shops, stores, restaurants and amenities. It is also very close to public transportation (there are two bus stops just outside the house), Allen Road and the the 401 providing you with excellent access to just about anywhere you need to go in the GTA or beyond.
