The space

Ski In/Out ground-level location close to the Snowflake Lift and 2.5 Blocks from Main Street Breckenridge. This well-constructed, beautiful studio loft condo will be perfect in accommodating all of your Breckenridge vacation needs.

It has comfortable and elegant accommodations ideal for families with 2-3 children or two couples and a friend looking for great mountain access.

This is a renovated studio loft bedroom condo with great mountain views located right on Four O'clock Road. The Snowflake lift is 200 yards from this condo's front door, and an exit from the Four O'Clock ski run is only 50 feet from this condo's front door. The main level is 377 square feet and the loft bedroom is 140 square feet.

This condo comes with a customized queen murphy bed on main floor, and loft bedroom with a queen bed to easily sleep four people, and the leather couch/futon instantly converts to a comfortable twin size bed (providing additional sleeping accommodations), along with a new 37' flat-screen wall televisions installed on each floor of the condo, perfect for unwinding after a day of hiking or skiing. The wall television on the main floor comes equipped with cable, and WIFI internet access is provided. The wall television in the loft is set up with a DVD player to accommodate all of your movie needs. Downstairs in the living room, there is a gorgeous fireplace with wood inlay. Full granite kitchen with everything needed for cooking, complete with dishwasher, microwave, and oven and breakfast bar seating. Main Street Breckenridge, with a variety of restaurants, is only 2.5 blocks away as well. Renovated bathroom with a large walk-in shower, pedestal sink, flexible rainfall showerhead with spa settings, and high ceiling. Common laundry room downstairs with two pay washer and dryers.

Guest access

This condo has a lockable ski locker for all of your skiing equipment and comes with its own heated garage parking. It also offers exclusive access to heated swimming pools and hot tubs at the New Upper Village pool facility, which is only a three minute walk from condo. Complete changing facilities with lockers at pool area. Summer/Winter hours open till 9PM.

There is also a climbing playground complete with slides next to the New Upper Village pool facility, which is great for children to play on. Additionally, there are numerous hiking and biking trails in Breckenridge, various attractions and restaurants in downtown Main Street Breckenridge as well as grocery stores.

The condo was cozy and clean. It is a 10 min walk to Main Street full of shops and restaurants. The loft has a low ceiling but still has a queen sized bed and the Murphy bed was easy to operate and keep out of the way during the day. The pool/hot tub is a close walk from the condo but is only open until 9. We appreciated having a kitchen with enough dishes to prepare a decent meal and a coffee maker for the morning. The bathroom was small but had a great walk in shower and provided shampoo and body wash. Having the keyless entry was also useful. Thanks Rita!

Condo was in a great area, walking distance throughout all if Breckenridge but also a free bus system if you need it. Bathroom was recently remodeled and while small, it is very nice. Condo is small as shown but perfect for two people. Would definitely stay again next time we are in CO!

My family stayed at Rita's place for a quick summer getaway in the middle of August. The booking was as described, it is very cozy and clean and fit our needs perfectly. The condo is about 10 minutes from downtown on foot with a reluctant 5 year old in tow with easy access to all the amenities that come with a resort town. The host, Rita, was very quick to respond to any concerns that we had and followed up with direct communication when needed. All in all we had a great experience and would love to come again!

Loved the location of this cosy condo- a short walk down the hill to Main Street in a quiet location. Really enjoyed having access to the Village outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. I had them all to myself the morning I tried them! Bathroom is well appointed and updated. Kitchen is well organized and has everything you'd need. The loft bed was very comfortable- though the stair up is quite steep, so not for everyone! I liked the ground level access and didn't mind not having a balcony since I stayed there in August and was outdoors all day and basically used the condo for sleeping and morning lounging. Instructions on use of the condo were thorough. Thanks Rita!

Great location, walking distance to town, cozy spot to stay in Breckenridge. Fully functioning kitchen was nice to have and we liked the remodeled bathroom. Heated garage was nice although it is a tight fit if you have an SUV. Good communication from Rita as well. Highly recommended!!

We had a perfectly decent stay in the apartment. Pluses would be the pool, location. Minus: a little bothersome to climb up and down the ladder to get to and from the bed, and the place felt a little like a cave, without a balcony or anywhere to sit and get some of that good fresh Colorado air. It's also probably a little expensive for what it offers -- which at least in summer is just a good place to sleep. But everything in Colorado is expensive, as you may already know if you're considering going there. I'd recommend Rita's place if you're going to Breckenridge for any other reason than to hang out in your accommodations all day long.
