Our private, new studio has all the latest mod cons and is situated on our property but is an easy laid back and stylish space that you can come and go from at your leisure.

We are a 3 minute stroll to the beach and a stones throw to Bayfair shopping centre, Baywave, Baypark/ASB Arena, Mount Main Street, Pilot Bay, restaurants, cafes and pubs.

The space
Come and relax in style in your own private fully fenced studio and patio. Recently built, and beautifully styled you can come and go at your leisure with the lock box provided. Enter via your own entrance to the outdoor patio, and enjoy the studio space with a queen bed, sitting area, private bathroom, wardrobe and basic kitchen. We offer unlimited WIFI, TV and Netflix, Bluetooth speaker and quality linen. The backdoor backs onto our property but is locked for your privacy.

We are only a 3 minute walk to the surf beach. We are within walking distance to Baywave, Bayfair shopping centre and The new Dine area. Also to various restaurants, cafes, and eateries. Or a short drive to ASB Arena/Baypark, Airport, Mount Main Street and Pilot bay. Walk up or around Mauao for the most spectacular views and after relax and unwind and have a salt water soak at Mount Hot Pools. Visit Papamoa or Tauranga for all that they can offer too!
