The space

This welcoming light and airy apartment is located in the very popular area of Estepona, known as Bahia Dorada. It offers a good-sized comfortable lounge with TV, a selection of videos, a DVD player and a radio. The master suite, with its double bed, is a galleried room above the lounge area. It has a very large private terrace, which is not overlooked, and has the most spectacular views out to sea and across the private gardens. The terrace also has two sun loungers, a table and seating for four. The second smaller bedroom is ideal for children. The apartment is well positioned for access to the beach and there you will find a beach bar which serves food and drink all day (in summer). You can also hire sun loungers here for the day for a small fee. In the urbanization, there are 2 tennis courts and 6 communal swimming pools to choose from. This property is also ideally located for access to many golf courses in the Estepona area, and beyond! High speed ADSL internet access can be arranged for EUR 15.- a week.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
