The room is on the ground floor in the Villa , with a separate entrance. There is a bed, a place to sit, a small cooking place with a fridge and a sleeping seat for a second person. Bathroom beside. Very beautiful garden with a lot of sunny or shady spots, depending on your needs. Just 1-2 minutes to the sea. On the beach there are parasols, 2 public showers and the Cafe Del Mar next door. In the village everything you need. 2 supermarkets, pharmacies and taverns. Chalkida is 1/2 hour away.

You have a lovely view into the big garden with a lot of beautiful flowers and with the dancing

Next door there is a nice cafe ( CAFE DEL MAR ) where you drink the typical 'cafe freddo', meet people, relax, listen to music and have a beautiful view to the sea. You also can have your cafe directly on the beach there.
On Saturdays you can buy your fruits and vegetables on the street market in the village.
There is an excellent fish restaurant about 15 minutes walk on the beach.

Ich bin seit über 3 Jahren immer wieder in meinem Ferienhaus in Griechenland und lebe hier direkt am Meer.
Ich freue mich, Gäste in meinem schön gestalteten Grundstück willkommen zu heißen und Ihnen einen erholsamen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.
2-3mal pro Woche kann ein Frühstück mit ganz einzigartig guten verschiedenen Aufstrichen gebucht werden auf dem Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer und bei Bestellung gibt es vegetarisch /veganes Essen, das aus regionalen Gemüsen gekocht wird.
Ein kleines Hochbeet im Gästebereich sorgt für knackfrisches Gemüse, das geerntet werden darf.
Meine Tiere helfen durch ihr harmonisches Miteinander eine wunderbare Atmosphäre in meinem Anwesen zu schaffen.
Die Tanzfläche im Garten lädt ein für Bewegung aller Art....
Sehr gerne gebe ich Tipps, wohin man auf Erkundung dieser vom Tourismus noch nicht überollten Gegend Griechenlands fahren kann,wo es gute Restaurants und interessante Sehenswürdigkeiten gibt.

During your stay

I like to give you tips for what you can do here in the region.
If you are without car, I pick you up from ( or drive you to ) the train in Vath/Avlida ( for some money) .
I also take you with me to Chalkida to show you good restaurants and nice places there ( we share the money for the car).
I'm happy if there is good communication and you feel good in my oasis here.
Mostly I am here and you can rech me always per cellphone.
Even if I like to be in contact with my guests, I of course leave you all the free and private time that you wish and need.
