Enjoy Eureka Springs on a mountaintop retreat just 4 miles from downtown! Guest quarters are attached but separate from the owners’ quarters with private entrance. The home is located on 12 beautifully landscaped acres (3 fenced acres for our furry friends) that attract birds and butterflies galore!

Pet fee- $20 per pet per night. 2 pet limit. Please notify me if you plan to bring a pet so I can update the reservation price.

The space
Guests have access to a private living room, loft with 2 beds (these are not in separate rooms but separated by an optional curtain). 2 rollaway beds (single size with memory foam mattresses which are available upon request), and private bathroom.

The space is equipped with an efficiency style kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, single burner induction cooktop, convection/toaster oven, blender, and coffee maker. Basic kitchen tools and spices are available for preparing meals.

The hot tub is available to guests as well! The owners avoid the hot tub when guests are staying, but it is situated adjacent to the driveway. It is a comfortable and cozy area and semiprivate.

We do have neighbors on the same county road, but there is not a single neighbor within sight. Being only 4 miles from town, people are regularly impressed by how wooded and secluded the property is, and we love it out here!
