This very popular, modern apartment is located on the Costalita complex on the beach-side of the Cancelada exit. The apartment benefits from a king-size en-suite bedroom with two further twin bedrooms that share a family bathroom. There is a good sized terrace with relaxing comfortable seating that overlooks the tropical and Mediterranean gardens, plus one of the pools. The second terrace has an awning to provide protection from the sun. There is an outside dining area for up to six people. This apartment is fully air-conditioned for a comfortable stay and the lounge provides Sky television. There is also secure communal parking for a car. Costalita is a modern and well maintained complex with gardens that have rivers running through them and a small lake at one end. There are lovely walkways through the gardens, which take you down to the waterfront and beach. As an added benefit, there is 24 hour security and the development is gated.

This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon.
