Our super ExeterSelfCatering/Exeter Serviced Apartment is on the ground floor of a skilfully refurbished period building, set in a quiet residential and conservation area in the centre of Exeter, a short walk from the Princesshay shopping area and the Cathedral.
Very spacious living/dining/kitchen area with high ceilings and three pairs of floor to ceiling doors, with Juliet balconies overlooking the communal gardens. The dining area - seating 6 - is large enough for you to entertain, and the kitchen is fully equipped for keen chefs. We provide a very fast fibre internet connection connected to a big screen Smart TV/home entertainment centre and tablet.
There are two double bedrooms, both with a superking double bed or two full size singles , and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. High quality hotel contract beds made up with Egyptian linen and towels in the bathrooms.

From the outside you enter into a smart reception area, which only serves four apartments – the rest are upstairs - from which it is a few steps into the entrance hall of our apartment. The skilful refurbishment includes new hardwood double-glazed windows throughout, in addition to gas central heating each radiator with a thermostatic valve. This ensures that you can enjoy the period building, with modern heating and insulation. The apartment is almost 90 square metres – the size of a terraced house. You will see care, quality, comfort and attention to detail throughout.
We ensure that there are sufficient supplies for your stay – this includes all linen and towels, full size toiletries, tea and coffee, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, and a welcome pack of goodies to start your stay with a pleasant surprise!
The entrance hall leads to a large south facing sitting/dining room (8m x 4m), and high ceilings with three double doors opening to Juliet balconies overlooking the communal gardens. The room is furnished in a contemporary style, but complementing the building. In the sitting room is a Liberty chesterfield sofa, and an additional retro-design 3 seater sofa.
A wall mounted 50" large screen smart TV/home entertainment system is complemented by blu-ray/DVD/CD, internet radio, bluetooth connection for your own portable devices such as smartphones etc, and a Dolby 5.1 speaker installation.
The dining area comprises a table and seating for 6 people – allowing you to invite guests for dinner. This is complemented by enough cutlery, crockery and glassware enabling you to entertain.
There is a desk if you need to work with adjacent power sockets.
The adjoining open plan kitchen (4m x 3m) comprises a range of fitted units with fridge, freezer, Bosch multi-function oven and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and separate tumble drier. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and dining.
Both bedrooms (both 4m x 3m) are at the rear of the property, and are light and airy. They contain high quality, hotel contract beds with feather and down duvets, and luxury linen. The main bedroom offers a superking double bed (6ft x 6ft 6in/180cm x 200cm) with wardrobe and chest of drawers, with an en-suite bathroom that contains a large thermostatic shower, basin and toilet.
The second bedroom also offers a superking size bed, or two full size singles, and wardrobe, and is next to the family bathroom which includes a full sized bath, a thermostatic shower, basin and toilet. There is also a hotel safe for your valuables.
Whatever your reason for staying with us, be it leisure, business or a bit of both, we want you to feel at home, and have everything you need.
Before you book we will answer your questions promptly, and endeavour to cater for any specific needs you may have. We do vary our minimum stay throughout the year, although it is typically 4 nights – but do ask if your exact dates are not shown as available.
We aim to give you all of the information you need prior to arrival where you will be met, and welcomed.
Normally arrivals are from 14.00 but we aim to accommodate any specific needs you may have. Whilst you are staying, we are within easy reach if you have any questions or concerns.
On the day of departure we request that you leave by 11.00, but again if you have any specific requests we may be able to accommodate them.
If you are coming by public transport we are happy to meet you at the station or airport, and provide a complimentary transfer to/from the apartment at most times.
During your stay you will find the apartment quiet and peaceful, but central and close to all facilities.

Guests have full private use of the entire apartment, along with a shared garden, and use of the private car park.

It is a residential block so we ask that you respect our neighbours. No pets. No smoking. Whilst we regularly welcome business travellers, please note the apartment is not for business use e.g. for receiving clients.
From Dec 27, 2017 - Jan 01, 2018 the minimum stay is 4 nights.
Moved to Exeter in 2012 to enjoy the fresh air, and found a vibrant, successful city that we're very pleased to call home. We've lived in Canada, and travelled extensively, so it was easy for us to know what we needed to provide in a short stay apartment. We strive to provide hotel luxury, together with the comfort of home.
