A modern style house that is used as an office. Great access to the local area, close to Langage Business Park, and a short drive from Plymouth city centre. We have a large, en suite room with a comfortable king-size bed and a 37" TV!

The place is less than a minutes walk to a bus stop with a direct service to the city centre. It's also just a short walk to a sizzling grill pub, co-op with post office, and a variety of takeaways including a domino's pizza.

-Great amount of natural light through the window.
-As I said: Room is in a different building from where I sleep, so there are extreme amounts of privacy in the evenings/weekends.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PLACE:
Q: Do I need to bring towels, a hair dryer, or linens?
A: Nope! I provide all these things. Same with hotel-size toiletries (unless I happen to be out, which is rare).
Q: Will I have a key? Can I come and go as I please?
A: Yes and yes. And I wouldn't trust any Airbnb listing with which this isn't the case.
Q: I see I'm renting a "Private Room". How much privacy do I have?
A: Quite a lot. We use the offices on the first floor during the day but I sleep in a separate building. You won't keep me awake, nor will you ever need to tip-toe around late at night. Basically: You have all the privacy of a private apartment.
Q: Do I have a private bathroom?
A: 100% yes. The large bathroom adjacent to your bedroom is yours to take over/leave your stuff in/etc.
Q: What's my total booking price?
A: Don't ask me, as I have no idea. With fees included, Airbnb only shows you how much you pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates.
Q: Can I cook/use the kitchen?
A: Definitely! Leave stuff in the fridge too. Just clean up after yourselves.
Q: Is the bed comfortable?
During the day guests will have access to the kitchen to make meals or use the washing machine. In the evenings and most weekends the board room is available with comfortable sofas, 50" flatscreen tv with surround sound and Blu-ray player, and full size pool table will also be free for use. Of course you can come and go from your room any time. The board room can be booked during the day for conferences or meetings, please contact in advance if you're considering using this.
Interaction with guests
On weekdays my assistant and I will be in the offices on the first floor throughout the day, feel free to ask me for anything you need. And in the evenings/weekends I will be next door where I live.
Other things to note
We are particularly aiming the accommodation for business people who are travelling to the area for a few weeks.
The rooms are clutter free for you to enjoy and we have put in new windows and doors.
The room is on the second floor so stairs are a must

I am an accountant working out of the premises I am making available to longer lets preferably for visiting business people. I am fully qualified as an accountant and chartered tax adviser.
I live with my family next door and we are very private people and will allow you your privacy as well. We work hard but also enjoy eating out and a good social life. We love to play golf as a family as well.
