Be aware, this historic house is up about 40 stairs from OK St. but well worth it!

There is one bathroom and it is attached to one of the bedrooms. If there are other guests staying in the 2nd bedroom they will need to walk through that 1st bedroom to access the bathroom. This is how the home was constructed over 100 years ago!

Brand new Bamboo flooring throughout entire house as well as a larger front patio! Brand new fans installed throughout home as well

Luxury beds and toppers for both rooms. Owners spared no expense

Filtration water system installed in the kitchen. Very nice upgrade and absolutely pure clean water available so no need to haul up the hill

****Parking on OK street is only allowed alone the road. You cannot park in any hotel only parking

****Please be aware that since the city is essentially in a bowl in the mountains, Internet can be spotty at times and disconnect without notice. There is also an increase demand on the weekends due to an influx of tourists visiting. The internet package we have is 150 mbps but again be weary of possible connection issues
